Due to the specifics of processes and tools that we use in our job on a daily basis, we prefer to get a person on board, teach him/her animation and continue working together as a part of a great team.

What's yours: Interest in animation, 3d and motion capture, willingness to learn. Having some experience in animation, Maya, Motionbuilder etc. is great but we will not reject anyone based solely on this.
